Southside Beekeepers Club Inc will be holding it's Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 25th July 2018.

At the end of the General Business of the Annual General Meeting all office positions will become vacant  and elections held.  After the appointments of office a further members will be elected to make up the committee for the next 12 months. 

Office positions at the Southside Beekeepers Club Inc:

  • President
  • Vice President
  • Secretary
  • Treasurer

The committee will be made up of these four office positions plus a number of General Committee positions.  The exact number will be disclosed on the evening and any financial members wishing to join the as a General Committee Member will be asked to step forward to fill the available positions. If the number of applicants exceeds the allotted number of positions then a single election will be held by the general attending members and newly elected office bearers to the preferred members. 

All financial members are welcome to apply for for any elected position or to be on the committee. The member must be present on the evening to be eligible.  Members wishing to apply for any office position must download the nomination form [ HERE - AGM Nomination Form ] and return the completed form as instructed.

After the elections and new office members and committee members are welcomed to the club it is reminded that membership fees are due by the end of the month of July to continue to be a fully financial member.  This can be done online at the meeting via the club web access terminals.

If you are a financial member and are unable to attend the Annual General Meeting you may proxy your voting rights to any other financial member to vote on your behalf at their discretion. If you wish to do you you must fill in the Proxy Form HERE and hand it to the member nominated.
